Recent Contacts

in your personal address book, open the "Recent Contacts" view.
Here you should be able to find those recent contacts which you can delete or promote to be a "true" contact. Editing a recent contact is prevented through the db's design, you could however write some simple code to enable you to alter any mail address stored in the documents.
